AREF is a debt-free private equity real estate fund with a focus on large scale commercial real estate; hotels, apartment buildings, and senior living. We strive to offer investors the opportunities they would receive from a large firm while still being able to give investors the personal attention they deserve.  

Upon investment and once enough capital has been raised the fund will look for and invest in carefully selected real estate assets. Investors will receive a preferred payment of seven percent on invested capital plus their portion of any excess distributions less any performance bonuses. As an investor, you will easily be able to track performance through quarterly financial statements and monthly updates. After an initial five year lock, an investor can withdraw at any time and will be paid their capital account balance within 90 days.
